Pathfinder 1 Character Creation Guidelines:

Chuuli player characters should use the standard Pathfinder Racial Traits for humans except as noted below. The use of Alternate Racial Traits, Favored Class Options, and Racial Feats must be approved by the gamemaster, since some may not be appropriate to the Ceodari culture.

Ability Score Racial Traits: They gain a +2 racial bonus to one ability score of their choice at creation to represent their varied nature.

Size: They are Medium-sized creatures and thus receive no bonuses or penalties due to their size.

Base Speed: They have a base speed of 30 feet.

Languages: They begin play speaking Chuulan and Common. Chuuli with high Intelligence scores can choose additional languages.

Feat and Skill Racial Traits:
Bonus Feat: They select one extra feat at 1st level.
Skilled: They gain an additional skill rank at first level and one additional rank whenever they gain a level.
Well-Traveled: Linguistics is always a class skill.
