Articles and preview tooltips

Articles when shown on a page include a green box with the article name as well as the date when the article was updated. You can mouse over any such article box and a tooltip will pop up offering the article contents in a preview. But note that that tooltip is itself scrollable, so that the preview contains the entire text content of that article, without having to navigate to it. Convenient, that!

In the bottom center of the Raios Homepage, the most recent updated articles are shown, as a convenience to let you know about updates and help you get directly to them to check them out.
