Sustainable Practices: Practice responsible use of elemental powers, ensuring that advancements and innovations contribute positively to the harmony of the planet rather than disrupting it.
Peaceful Conflict Resolution: Resolve disputes through peaceful means, seeking mediation and understanding to maintain harmony among tribes, kingdoms, and districts.
Guardianship of Life: Recognize the significance of life, especially in Mmirabe where it originates, and strive to protect and nurture all forms of life on the planet.
Stewardship of Resources: Be mindful of the planet's resources, using them wisely and sustainably to ensure their availability for future generations of beings.
Balanced Leadership: Strive for balanced leadership in tribes, districts, and kingdoms, ensuring that leaders act in the best interest of their people and the planet. As ide you possess the power to appoint, and remove leaders as needed for the good of the collective.

The Elders introduces a set of principles known as the Principles of Harmony or the Ethereal Accord, for every ire to follow. These rules ushered leaders to create their own principles to protect their land and their inhabitants.

Unity in Diversity: Our home is full of many creatures and we all hold an equal part in sustaining the balance of our world.
Wisdom of Elders: When you know not who to turn to, your elders hold wisdom. The elders both your own and raje are here to bestow what we have learned upon you.
Sustainable Practices: Being mindful of our presence on our planet is imortant.
Peaceful Conflict Resolution: Universal peace is essencial for our worlds wellness.
Guardianship of Life: We all come from the same ancestor. We are all one. We must never forget our origin.
Stewardship of Resources:
Balanced Leadership: Be mindful of our resources and how we utilize them. Remember, to take is to give in return. Balance is key.
Inclusive Decision-Making: We are one! Ire. We must remember we all are affected by one anothers actions. Decisions we make together!
Continuous Harmony Advancement: You can never learn too much. Our continuous advancement in understanding ourselves and our mysterious world is important.
Caveats
These principles are for the protection of our species, and our planet. These principles recoginze the voice and power each ide have.
By going against these principles will result in consequence depending on such offense. The following provides consequences for various offenses:
- Community Dialogue and Mediation: We encourage open dialogue and communication within the community. If conflicts arise, trained mediators or elders could facilitate discussions to find amicable solutions and restore harmony. Rehabilitation Centers: Accord Culprits are encouraged to return to society as everyone provides importance to our planet. Rehabilitation centers are temporary housing outside of society to teach and encourage harmony. Holding times are to be determined by the collective and a court hearing will be held. We aim to help and promote growth and help ide understand the impact of their actions and reintegrate ide into the community. Counseling and Guidance for ALL: Every ide has an equal right to counsel. If you feel you are struggling to connect counsel will be provided to you. Restorative Justice: For culprits, they are responsibble for restoring the inbalanced caused by breaking the principles. This involves community service and/or restitution to restore balance. Public Shaming: In extreme cases, a form of public shaming could be considered, emphasizing community disappointment rather than punitive measures. This would, however, need careful implementation to avoid causing harm or humiliation. Community Consensus: Decisions regarding consequence will be made by all advisors and rulers as well as trusted community members in order to determine if ide has offened the accord and what consequences will follow. As time changes so does our laws to reflect current times.
