The Oasis

The Oasis is the single smallest city in the whole world, being better described as a rest stop for travelers instead of as a city, however, the Oasis does have a rather large population for its tiny size and lack of food production. The entire city is populated by abandoned Warforged who were thrown into the Arid Wastes and began creating a city.   Many people, when first hearing of the Oasis believed it to be a tiny, ramshackle trading post town, however, due to the tireless nature of the Warforged, the entire city was erected overnight as a massive desert utopia, this building feat was so incredible that it inspired hundreds of people be begin repurposing unused Warforged as construction equipment along with dozens of artists to use the wondrous city as an inspiration for their art and the city has been dubbed one of the most influential world wonders.   The entire city is built to be a place for travelers to stop to refresh their supplies and rest, due to the large amount of land being occupied by water, many aquatic crops tend to be the primary export of the city and it has a surprisingly thriving economy.   The Steamson brothers, a major pioneer in transportation technology, have their base of operations set up in the main noble district of the city.
