Necahual, the Orc village (Neh-sha-hall)
Necahual is a small fishing village on the southern peninsula of Fakriubrone island, it's known as the "City of neutrality" due to its refusal to enter the 7 nations war offically, acting as a safe 3rd party during the conflict.
The village is rather peaceful, only having trouble around the time that "Deep Ocean" opens. Deep Ocean is the village's night market, being open only for 1 week in Ryehart, that is rather exclusive. Aspiring merchants who wish to sell their wares during Deep Ocean's hours must get approval from the unoffical owner of the market, Bog Kodagog, or have their stand be heavily vandalised or worse.
Necahual has only one major figurehead in the form of their unoffical mayor, Bog Kodagog. Bog is an elderly Orc who is the direct descendant to the founder of the village. Bog takes his role seriously and loathes it when people attempt to take advantage of him or other Orcs by assuming that they're all stupid.
