Fingle Panglebrast

Fingle is a male young Gray Dragon who prefers to transform into the form of a flamboyan Halkaran Bard to live in Human society. The party met him as a member of the caravan travelling from Noreach to Lonereach, and he has been their ally and patron since. Fingle seems to be part of a group or network of people with yet unknwon goals.
