Solomon's Armor
Drawing forth your blood, you create a suit of ephemeral armor that protects the creature you touch. The target's base AC becomes 15 + Dexterity modifier (minimum 15) and your maximum hit points are reduced by 1 per character level (if you are multiclass, this includes all levels from all classes; so a Wizard 3 / Rogue 2 would lose 5 hit points upon casting this spell).
The sacrifice of your life force grants this spell special defenses that other spells do not possess; it is considered a 10th level spell for the purpose of being affected by Dispel Magic, Counterspell, or other similar effects.
Multiple castings of this spell stack the reduction in maximum hit points. If casting this spell would reduce your maximum hit points to 1 or less, the casting fails.
Your maximum hit points return when the spell ends for any reason. You may dispel it as a bonus action.
