Warewar (2020-2025)
Arasaka Corporation was dissatisfied with the rapid expansion of Docson Industries in the Biotechnology market. The stark contrast between Toh Hak Sen's low-cost, highly compatible Biowares and Arasaka's expensive Cyberwares had drawn away a significant number of customers. In response, Arasaka decided to launch an all-out corporate war, attempting to force Toh Hak Sen out of the biotechnology market through military means. This war, known as the "Warewar," aimed to destroy Docson Industries research and production lines and compel their withdrawal from the market. Because of Docson Industries mass usage of their combat Bioware and Arasaka double in with their combat Cyberware; thus hence the name.

On 1 Jan 2020, Arasaka began a skirmish on Docson Industries's brach on KL; They also attacked the Docson Industries employee new year celebrate at a hotel in Kampung Baru,Kuala Lumpur. On the process they killed and injured some of the Junior staffs and Higher staffs; most of them start using Nitron to retaliate. After Toh and Committee heard about the attacks on the next day; they declare emergancy on the city, closed the city's border and start mass produce EPN(Eextrasensory Power Nitron) and Combat type Bioware, to equipped the Security force, Defense squad and even Volunteer group—the Warewar as they know; had began.

3 Jan 202, The whole Petaling Jaya-Kuala Lumpur astonished as Arasaka tanks, combat helicopter, armour vehicle even mechs marching towards north of Hulu Langat; Which QunYing city is locate. On the next day, mass protest form different groups; Nationalists, Socialists, Progressivists even common citizen that sympathetic to Docson Industries gathers on Arasaka's KL branch's tower to protest. Nationalists (Both Malay and Chinese even Tamil)accused the government did little to stop Imperial Japanese aggression, Socialists (PPM and Other Leftist groups) denounce Arasaka's action and criticized the government allowed Foreign power to massacre their own citizen, Progressivists (which had a great relationship with Toh) angerly protest and boycotting Arasaka's products, Common Citizen that sympathetic to Docson Industries whom their family and love ones working under Docson Industries also protested angrily.

Malaysia Federal Government panicked, wonder what worse will happen if they don't step in. However, some members of the Government see this as an opportunity to take control over QunYing, decide not doing anything and Adding fuel to the fire by giving green-light and funding more on Arasaka, Demanding Toh to hand over his city's control, assets and suppress dissent on Arasaka, which the opposition collation (PPM) felt disgruntled.
