Werfall
Many abandoned buildings due to mostly unsafe structure are located here. The Claws of Domeris are the deepest below Werfall, which explains the instability. However many people who are reluctant to go to the Underground parts remain here, scraping together whatever money (or literally anything) they can find.
Werfall may be seen as one of the most dark places in all of Domeris , if not all Quattvia. Due to the soldiers returning home and getting as drunk as possible to forget the war they fought, (because they weren't mentally prepared as they were physically) Werfall became the place the masses of drunkards would go to to let off some steam that has been building up for some time. Many of them would come already too far gone in their heads due to the heviest beverage known as "Wild Lilyberry". It affects the mind in an extremely unhealthy way, which led these men to fo crazy and make them have rage outbursts they would take outside. Meaning Werfall. They'd vandalize the already poorly built houses and belongings, and should they find someone in their way, they would get physically and hurt, if not kill, that person. Not even the Cohorts dare to step too deep into these parts of Domeris, because for all they know, they might be cursed and haunted.
So because of their unhuman behavior they would show off mostly in the evening and through the night, as well as the way these men geban howling like some sort of monsters, they recieved a nickname: Hounds.
Compared to the Claws of Domeris where people go to as last resort because they have given up on succes and virtue of life, Werfall is like a hellhole. Here, the people are desperate to survive. So desperate that most, if not all, wouldn't blink to get what they want with literally any means necessary. Even so, no one decides to willingly stay out on these streets to rob someone else knowing the Hounds (drunkards that savage the streets) may arrive to cause havoc all around. Knowing what terrible things they are capable of (after all they will forever be soldiers), even the meanest and seemingly toughest of thugs and rascals will be eager to hide in whatever hole they call home.
