A small open air area, after left free for crew mates who need a moment to themselves. When approaching land, or navigating small tight areas, its a viewing platform to direct the helmsman on small movements. The captain can often be approached here - or on the skull covering the weather deck - for a private meeting as interupting him in his workshop or private quarters will more typically get one tunred away then given an audiance.Design
