Providence

An alternate universe timeline where modern-day history meets that of fantasy and splendor. A world where humans evolved alongside many others, such as fae, elves, shape-shifters, vampires, and centaurs. A world where dragons fly freely across the star-speckled skies and kelpies prowl the depths of the deepest bodies of water. A world where elves stood beside humans and vampires as they drafted legislation. Wars where shifters clashed against centaurs, and they against goblins.   This world covers multiple stories, with not just one year being the "current" one. Like our typical timeline, the world behaves the same with BCE (Before Common Era) and CE (Common Era), with several different events marking the transition into the new era. Also, cultural groups like elves and dragons have their own timeline, but the universal one is CE. Another thing is that all modern-day countries are still present, along with the actual world map being accurate. The only significant differences are that some may have a different name, added locations, or changed borders and biomes due to the magical elements. Real historical events and people are also present, but some of their species may be altered due to the world's history.  

A nowhere near exhaustive list of all the characters that find themselves in the world. Though there are some minor and sub-plot characters that will appear, many unnamed ones will never make this list unless offering some vital importance.
