Jugger

The second most popular sport in Kipos is Jugger. It was popularized by the Eastern Kiposi, and they took on the game from the Fenrir, where the game originates. The game is played traditionally with teams of eight with five on the field, but varying team sizes have been adopted in modern Jugger. The goal of the game is to land the "Jugger," a reinforced wolf skull, into the opponent’s mound. Players on each team may choose a loadout of blunted weapons from the pre-approved game loadouts. Pre-approved loadouts vary from region to region as well.   Jugger is another game at Apex Ludos. The Fenrir have dominated in the sport for decades, but the Kiposi and the Kilder have caught up in recent years.
