Most of the Nineveh city-states failed to recognize the sovereignty of Acadia as being more than a war band. There were three who did, however. Urelian, Arcadia's closest ally geographically and politically. Santor, in the west. Lastly the city of Innslynd, who due to their proximity to Curin took much of the brunt of the Ark-Curin war.
