Hundred Years' War of the Scallops
It was one lonely night on the western coast of Europa when the coastal nations sparked a war that would be one of her bloodiest. The conflict started as something small and unworthy of note. The nations of Britian and France had always shared tense relations with one another and their disdain has been carried on in their peoples. It would have normally been of little surprise to have heard that fisherman of the two nations had quarreled over a spot to harvest scallops. Few could have guessed it would spiral into a war to last a hundred years.
