The Dawn's Light

  Gold dragons embody the perfect blend of strength and grace, and they possess a deep understanding of justice and harmony. Unlike their more tempestuous kin, they aim to resolve conflicts instead of creating them, often mediating disputes and guiding lost souls towards peace. Their presence brings a sense of balance, their very aura radiating warmth and light.   Hidden away from all bar the light of dawn, gold dragons prefer secluded, sunlit highlands for their homes. Most find their nesting place upon the highest peaks, though some select lower hills in quieter corners of the world.   They are not a common breed of dragon, one rarely spotted by the mortals of the Eight Lands, but they are sought after by their kin in times of trouble. Even mortals have sought their advice in times long past, though few have ever gained it in time.  

The Dusk's Fight

  Despite their appearance of grandeur, those who speak of them speak of approachability and kindness, that they aid those in need without any regard for status or reward. It is this noble nature, one devoid of arrogance, with which they act with a dignified gentleness, that wins the hearts of all. They live in harmony with nature, their presence seen as a blessing to the land. They are celebrated as symbols of hope and nobility, and their legacy is not just one of power but of wisdom, justice, and an enduring spirit of grace.   An ancient legend of the gold dragons exists tells tale of the Light's Call, the name given to the sound of a gold dragon's roar upon the first light of dawn. Said to bring peace and prosperity in wartime, the Light's Call has never been heard by any living mortal, leaving its echoes to haunt the pages of old tomes.
