General Physical Condition
As a Tyrant his military background and responsibilities ensures he is always fit to lead from the front.He is notable for being more agile than average in his heavy armour and enjoys sparring and learning fighting styles with the Trident (his council).

He wears a grey tunic with gold filigree on it's edges, the mail cloak of the Tyrants and the crown of Lochos.

An enchanted Poleaxe and armour. A helmet that amplifies his voice if he so wishes and transmits his voice through other enchanted items borne by his Trident.

He was selected quickly for a military career by the scholeio eklektoras and after some more tests for strategical and tactical aptitude he was sent to scholeio axiomatikon where he was groomed for command and educated as a noble would with an enphasis on all that is martial that he devoured with special avidness.
Employment
He was elected for the first blade(the military branch) and rose through the ranks with decrease in momentum the more subtly and diplomacy was expected of him.However he would not be denied in the end.When his predecessor died he had achieved the rank general with numerous accolades and a fair number of rivals.These were unable to stop his momentum and the council elected him as a new tyrant after careful consideration.

Alexander's military history is one of victories: pyrrhic and otherwise.His strategies and tactics complement the orders strengths but shares its weaknesses.These are being studied by generals and himself to eliminate them without detracting from their strengths in an undue fashion.An codification of the weaknesses of the Grand Battalion was among his greatest achievements and is quoted by him often.

His confidence was nigh omnipresent and his lack of education on cavalry resulted in his fall during his appointment as lieutenant.He hasn't mounted a horse since but he claims it's for reasons related to but has resulted in care when dealing with that he does not know or is proficient in.

He is cunning and ruthless in battle and is gifted in inspiring his troops in a crude but effective manner.He is also educated in logistics since they are vital in his strategies and his historical knowledge is now well known among his personnel but still catches foreigners off guard.

He believes in militarization and projects of a grand scale are required to avoid stagnation that he regards like a plague to be eradicated.His justification for these projects and militarization is based around eliminating theoretical and future threats.This way of thinking has been mistaken for warmongering and some search for a casus belli for its own sake.This attitude is gaining traction among the populace and some of the younger officers however the Stratosmithos with the Tyrants support and this zeal is being put to use in a new formation for those among the soldiery that are incorregible and this formation (that resembles berserkers in their equipment purposely) is put as an example of the result of war without righteous purpose.
