History
Created by Parrir from the Angord who drowned during The First Storm. They were granted the ability to breathe underwater and their bodies adapted to swimming, becoming sensitive to heat and dryness as a result.
The Operme went on to found their own recluse kingdom underwater, and for centuries it was thought that they had died.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
They are resentful of the Angord and the Avian, and blame them for their drowning. As such, they spent centuries without any form of external relationships, and it took much negotiation to set up trade routes.
