These individuals are females that try to get pregnant with members that are in possessions of powerful bloodlines. Sadly it is not uncommon for some to walk this path and selling their babies for ridiculous amounts of money.   Bloodline theft is actually a crime in many cultures and is strictly handled, foremost by the family that was stolen from. From this, it is very risky and a vast majority of Bloodline Stealers are actually agents, spies or otherwise hired personal of influential factions, that have the abilities to handle the backlash or successfully hide the babies.
