Stormbound Reverence is a religion dedicated to Vayu-Vata , the Primordial of air, wind, and the ever-changing currents of the world. The faith emphasizes freedom, adaptability, and personal growth, reflecting the untamed nature of the skies themselves. Unlike many organized religions, the Stormbound Reverence has no formal hierarchy. Any follower may conduct services, offer guidance, or interpret Vayu-Vata’s teachings, provided they uphold the three core tenets of the faith:

Currents

These leaders are known as Currents. A Current is not a ruler in the traditional sense, but rather a figure emulated by other followers, sought out for advice, guidance, and interpretation of Vayu-Vata’s will. Currents may differ widely in philosophy, ritual style, and approach, reflecting the faith’s core belief in individuality and the fluid nature of the wind.
