Krell Ko
An older tortle gentleman currently serving as the mayor of Oar's Rest. Krell made a name for himself as an adventurer in his youth. Most notably he and his party defeated the Scourge of the Loch, liberating Oar's Rest from its monsterous clutches. An injury in this fight forced him to retire from adventuring and settle in Oar's Rest. He still walks with a noticable limp. Krell claims that the pink crystals that cover his body are thanks to a blessing he recieved from Melakka although they do not seem to serve any purpose other than asthetic.
