Bloomscola Landing
Bloomscola Landing is located just 5 miles east of the Tempest Void on a small island known as Grafmer Isle. This is the headquarters for the researchers looking into the mysteries of the Tempest Void. The research is conducted by members of the Cobalt Soul. This island's temperate climate and proximity to the Void make it an ideal place to conduct research. The main export of the island aside from knowledge is ships. There is a strong shipbuilding culture here. This is largely due to the access to strong wood and the need for custom research vessels to navigate the strong currents surrounding the Tempest Void.
