Old Town

Old Town is mix of interesting architecture, broken cobblestone streets, and all manner of folk. Things are as busy as ever here. Imperial guards are a rarity in Old Town as the centuries-old City Watch mostly keeps the peace. Additionally, while Old Town boasts no great love of the Empire, they also stir up almost no trouble (at least on the surface) so the Empire lets life happen as is.
