Black District
This district is the slums. Buildings are wooden and falling apart with few people in the streets. Most avoid the area that do not live there. Littered with taverns, crooks, and thieves, this place is often sought out by those looking for key information. The Crested Goat is the least shady of the taverns yet it is full of thieves and liars still. They have the finest ales in the Black District. Harpoon’s Willow is a newer tavern with growing popularity. The ale is decent but the crooks are plenty. This place is much more dangerous. Rustig Harpoon runs this place (and some say much more).
