Tumbuck Chim
Tumbuck Chim, first of his name, was an Arch Fey. He ran a lot of arcades and hotdog carts in the prime material which was his claim to fame. He rose in popularity and therefore power in 1-2 AC.
Tumbuck Chim appeared to be a sentient mascot suit. he was about 6'2", and appeared to be either a guy in a brown rat suit, or we has actually a big rat guy.
"Tumbuck Chim's", the name of his establishment, was known for it's petty wishes. he would have lots of food and some minor magic items that would only sort of do what you wanted them to do. Originally he ran his establishment on the barter system (you would give him something equally as useless as the item you were after), but as he grew in popularity and opened more locations he moved to "Chim Tokens" which were quarter sized brass tokens he used as currency. You could also use the Chim Tokens by tossing them into a fountain or a well, which would open a portal to the main Tumbuck Chims.
As he grew in popularity in the Mortal Realm, He also grew in power. He used this power to bring Capitalism to the Feywild, and even set up his own Chim Court. Many of the Elves in the Feywild do not like the new Chim Court and it's capitalistic ways, but then again the Elves dont really like change.
He was also the voice assistant for a the ChimMobile, which took the appearance of one of the OscarMeyer hotdog mobiles.
Tumbuck Chim named his son Oscar Meyer Chim, in honour of the hotdog mobile. Before tumbuck chim died, he named Oscar Meyer Chim to be his successor.
