Personal history
Vulbiir Mo'axo was born into a family of law. His mother was the highest ranking judge in Alliance City, his father was the Mayor for a short time before becoming a police officer, and his vaelor was in the Guleeian space defense. When he was 38, a few of Darkstar's Legion came to Guleei to prepare the inhabitants for Darkstar's arrival and inevitable ownership of the planet. Vulbiir rushed to the scene to see who they were and saw his father get killed by Incinerator who at that point was just a soldier. Vulbiir ran into an alley and broke into tears, which he hadn't done since he was an infant. Alliance City fought back against Darkstar's Legion and eventually fended them off. Vulbiir vowed to never let Darkstar near his planet again and avenge his father's death by ridding the universe of dictatorship threats. He founded The Alliance of Stars shortly after.
