The mantle of "Agent Bombshell" is given to the highest ranking soldier of the US military among all branches and has been passed to many people, but with Dave Osmond dying as the most recent Agent Bombshell, his son Craig Osmond has taken the mantle and is currently THE Agent Bombshell.

Everyone who gains the title of Agent Bombshell is given the TAB-2050 armor which is extremely powerful and can grant it's user all things listed below.
Flight (240 mph for over 10,000 miles without needing fuel)
Super Durability (Allows it's wearer to easily tank bullets, filters out radiation, and frequently tanks explosions)
Super Strength (Punch generates over 20,000 pounds of force.)
Blasters can come out of the wrists of the suit which can shoot tank rounds.
Wearer can breathe in any environment.
