Structure
Individuals trained in the arts of the guild are called snatchers, they are the ones making up the most of the guild. They usually work on their own and go for simple pickpocketing, lockpicking, or scamming.
If a snatcher has proven themselves skilled enough they can become a clutcher. Compared to snatchers, clutchers work in teams to perform more ambitious crimes, such as heists, burglary, and blackmail.
Leading a group of clutchers is a Seizer, who acts as the leader of a group of clutchers.
And at the top, is simply the boss, the leader, the prince, the princess. They have all names, yet no names at all.
