Cloud is a 9th level spellcaster, +8 to hit, Spell Save DC 16. She has the following bard spells prepared: Cantrips (At-Will): Friends, Mage Hand, Minor Illusion, Vicious Mockery 1st level: Charm Person, Faerie Fire, Healing Word 2nd level: Hold Person, Nathair's Mischeif 3rd level: Counterspell, Dispel Magic 4th level: Charm Monster, Greater Invisibility 5th level: Destrutive Wave
Jack of All Trades. Cloud can add half her proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check she makes that doesn't already include her proficiency bonus. Supreme Focus. Cloud has advantage on saving throws she makes to maintain her concentration. Blade Flourish. When Cloud takes the attack action on her turn, her walking speed increases by 10 feet until the end of her turn, and if a weapon attack she makes as part of this action hits a creature, she can perform one of the following blade flourishes:
Multiattack. Cloud makes two attacks using her scimitar or her shortbow. Flare Scimitar +1. 1d20+7 (+7) to hit, one creature, 5 ft. On hit, 7 ( 1d6+4 ) slashing damage and 4 ( 1d8 ) fire damage. Shortbow. 1d20+6 (+6) to hit, one creature, 80/320 ft. On hit, 6 ( 1d6+3 ) piercing damage. Call the Storm. Without gaining the other effects of raging, Cloud can activate her Storm Aura by spending a charge of her rage. Bardic Inspiration (Bonus Action) (4 Charges). As a bonus action, Cloud can give an ally that can hear her a Bardic Inspiration Die (d8). When that creature makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, they can spend the die and add the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration Die to their original roll. Rage (Bonus Action) (3 Charges). As a bonus action, Cloud can enter a rage and gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
