Akari Hajumi

The childhood friend of Maro Rei 'Sky' who ventured to Oritsu to prove her abilities. She become the apprentice of Hikami Kiku, representative of fire among the Conclave of Elements and trained both her physical and magical abilities far for someone of their age.

Jack of All Trades. Cloud can add half her proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check she makes that doesn't already include her proficiency bonus.   Supreme Focus. Cloud has advantage on saving throws she makes to maintain her concentration.   Blade Flourish. When Cloud takes the attack action on her turn, her walking speed increases by 10 feet until the end of her turn, and if a weapon attack she makes as part of this action hits a creature, she can perform one of the following blade flourishes:

  • Defensive Flourish. By expending one use of her Bardic Inspiration, Cloud can deal an additional damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die. She also adds the number to her AC until the start of her next turn.
  • Mobile Flourish. By expending one use of her Bardic Inspiration, Cloud can deal an additional damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die. She can also push the target up to 5 feet away plus a number of feet equal to the number rolled. She can then use her reaction to move up to her walking speed to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the target.
  • Slashing Flourish. By expending one use of her Bardic Inspiration, Cloud can deal an additional damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die. This damage is also dealt to any other creature of her choice that she can see within 5 feet of her.

Actions

Multiattack. Cloud makes two attacks using her scimitar or her shortbow.   Flare Scimitar +1. 1d20+7 (+7) to hit, one creature, 5 ft. On hit, 7 ( 1d6+4 ) slashing damage and 4 ( 1d8 ) fire damage.   Shortbow. 1d20+6 (+6) to hit, one creature, 80/320 ft. On hit, 6 ( 1d6+3 ) piercing damage.   Call the Storm. Without gaining the other effects of raging, Cloud can activate her Storm Aura by spending a charge of her rage.   Bardic Inspiration (Bonus Action) (4 Charges). As a bonus action, Cloud can give an ally that can hear her a Bardic Inspiration Die (d8). When that creature makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, they can spend the die and add the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration Die to their original roll.   Rage (Bonus Action) (3 Charges). As a bonus action, Cloud can enter a rage and gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

  • She has advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
  • When she makes a melee weapon attack using strength, she can add a +3 bonus to her damage roll.
  • She has resistance to Bludgeoning, Slashing, and Piercing damage.
  Storm Aura: Desert (Bonus Action). As a bonus action while raging, Cloud can activate her storm aura. For the duration of her rage, or until she ends it as a bonus action, any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet off Cloud takes 3 points of fire damage.
