SunRad is a far bigger threat than Rad, because you can find it everywhere.
For every 3 hours you spend with a big chunk of your skin (arms, legs, torso, head, etc), directly exposed to the Sun, Roll Vigor at Standard Difficulty.
If you succeed, nothing happens, if you fail you get 1 Fatigue level due to SunRad.
This can be totally avoided by wearing protective clothes, that leave no parts of your body directly exposed, such as multi-layered linen tunics, and proper headwear, such as cowboy hats or keffiyeh, or apparel such as dark goggles, and the like.
You don't need to roll if it's cloudy, but if the environment is full of snow, you need to roll too, although if you walk around barely naked in the snow, hypothermia will probably kill you first.
