You receive some sort of shock to your brain or nervous system. Perhaps a special ability or an electric discharge, or both (see Electroplaques - 2 ).
As a result you:
- Can’t move or take any actions
- Fall prone (or to their knees, GM’s call)
- Are considered Defenseless.
- Are Distracted.
- Don’t count toward the Gang Up bonus
