Rider
MASTER OF MOUNTED COMBAT AND THE FASTEST PEOPLE ACROSS THE WASTELANDS.
Although the majority stick to horses, the variety of mutated beasts you can find in the Afterfall means you may as well find a rider mounted over a giant horned cockroach. Their bond to their mount is strong and most of the times they don't need to hold the reins to control their animals, many have been seen performing incredible maneuvers and acrobatics while riding, and many claim they are able to sleep while on their mount.
Many honest riders work as wasteland couriers, caravan mercenaries, and herders in times of peace. There are also many small nomad tribes and bands of primitive riders in the wastelands. Others of shady morals belong to feared rider gangs, the merchant's nightmare. In time of war, depending on their mount and style, you might find them as light or heavy cavalry, or scouts.
They prefer lances, bows and sabers.
