Rapist Wasp
This infamous insect is about 30 cm in size, and puts its eggs inside living creatures.
The larvae will slowly eat the creature from the inside, and then it will erupt out of the host, fully grown, causing an injury and 1D4 wounds.
The wasp is striped red and black, the sting is extremely painful, and contains Paralyzing poison.
The paralized victim is them "raped", by putting the eggs deep into de body through the sting, but very deep. The place of the body is selected randomly.
Removal of the eggs or small larvae requires a surgical procedure.
