Pathological Hoarder
Your backpack and pockets are full of seemingly useless junk that, however, tends to come in handy when you less suspect it.
You brought with you exactly the piece of equipment you happened to need, something that will manage to do the trick, or you can craft something to get by using the crap you carry around.
If you have a cart or similar, your odds are even greater.

- Whenever you need something and you don't have it in your inventory, nor any of your allies, roll Smarts & Tinker, modfied by whatever the GM says, considering how weird is the shit you need.
- Raise: You have exactly what you need.
- Success: You have something that will do the trick... sort of.
- Partial Success: You have the materials, but you need to roll Smarts & Tinker to craft it. It won't be perfect.
- Failure: You do not have what you need.
- Critical Failure: You have exactly what you need, but will backfire at you somehow.
- Limits:
- Size: The size limit of what you could plausibly carry with you is given by the size of your available containers (pockets, backpack, saddlebag, cart).
- Tech: Technology limit is given by your home settlement's Tech Level.
- Available container:
- If you have a mount with saddlebags, the result of the roll has a +1 modifier.
- If you have a cart, and you have access to it, the result of the roll has a +2 modifier.
- Cost: If you have what you need, you need to spend retroactively its value in Barter.
