Lingering Problems

These are a type of Business Traits in the Business System.
They are deeply rooted undersirable traits of your business, or extremely complex long-term fuck ups that are so embedded in the way things work, that most of the times, you just need to get used to them. Some of them may be solved, but in many cases, the cost of the solution may exceed the cost of the trouble. This may be role playing material, though. Nonetheless, the GM should make sure the solution a Lingering Problem is very difficult.
