Don't waste the Healer

When you are at the mercy of a human enemy, or a group of them, they will always offer you to pardon your life if they are able to identify you as a Healer.
However, this always comes at a cost: Your servitude as a healer, in conditions of varying degrees of harshness.
This usually depends on your previous history with that faction. They will be undoubtedly harsher if you butchered one of their clans, or double-crossed them. Details are to be defined at GM's discretion.
This works only once per faction, if you try to escape your obligation, they will retaliate ruthlessly.
