Elenwen may have been the first of the Gods to reach out to mortal creatures - but her sister Nevea was not that far behind her. When it became clear to Nevea, Lady of Light, that her sister's chosen had discovered and promptly begun to believe the Kin to be less worthy of attention -- Nevea took action. Though she, like her sister, appeared more Elven she chose to adopt the newly discovered Kin as her own. Humans, Dwarves, Halflings, and Dragonkin flocked to her banner when she offered knowledge and healing. When hardships arose, she began to take on a form clad in armor and a shield - and from those visions her children began to emulate her. Other Gods may question Nevea's love for the Kin - but Nevea insists that they are Worthy, and that she loves them.
