The Judge
The Judge was the first Chosen to ever be born. Born in the City of Sowey(at the time, a small farming city to the south) with a marking on his forehead in the language of the ancients. It was eventually translated to "Judge".
The Judge was proof that the Manora gods did in fact exist, and was instrumental in bringing the Children of Manora to the rest of the world. All of the chosen live their lives mostly in the underground of the Sowey Chapel, a tradition founded by the Judge himself. Time spent under the church was dedicated to spreading messages through magic across countries, encouraging people of all races, backgrounds, and histories telepathically to come hear the message of the Manora.
The Judge's name came from his first act as Chosen of the church, he pooled all the magic given to him by the manora gods to create a magical item, "The Golden Scale". The Golden Scale was used by placing the hand of The Judge on one scale, and any other person's hand on the opposing scale. If the scales tipped, the other person was believed to be evil, as The Judge was a being of pure good, and lacked fault in his actions. The Judge lived for centuries measuring people, far outliving his first 2 councils, he finally passed at the age of 216, assumedly to disease, but the cause was never determined.
