Today was a good day for Powered crime-fighting and a bad day for the criminal underworld as Eddie 'The Hacksaw' Verdinais was captured in a crime-fighting Powered duo who tackled the Vetrinelli Family head on. It is alleged that the duo captured 'Hacksaw' whist responding to a shakedown happening in the Downtown area of the city. On talking to press, the Blizzard had the following to say:

This act of vigilantism seems to be being applauded by the Millennium City Police Department and city officials. This sets a worrying precedent for others to take up this mantle and assume that they are authorised law enforcement individuals. Thanks to the actions of Scot Star(person:15159850-7493-42fc-a674-f18e01ab145b), an actor and proven degenerate, now going by the name of @[Comet, many are now copying his actions, assuming that they are doing good, when in fact all they are doing is exacerbating the situation. How big does the gun have to get before those in charge say enough is enough?

"Ray and I have worked tirelessly over the last few days to manage to bring down the Vetrinelli Family who have, for too long, managed to evade police capture; whether through intimidation, extortion or just leaning on the corrupted officials and officers they have in their pockets. Hopefully, now that 'Hacksaw' is detained, the Millennium City Police Department can actually get something solid and start dismantling this organisation."
