Doctor Brian Redmond Bliss (a.k.a. Vultan)
Brian Bliss is the current president of the United Principalities. He had been in office for just over a year when The First Catalyst Event happened.

General Physical Condition
For his age, Brian is in pretty good shape. He does work out and tries to keep himself somewhat fit, but the trials of office often get in the way. HE is a big man, standing at just over six feet tall but with a frame that makes him stand out in a crowd (he's often bigger than his bodyguards).

Doctor Bliss has a PhD in politics and social sciences. He's worked hard his entire life to get to where he is and has not made friends and enemies whilst doing it. He is loud and boisterous, with a booming laugh than can be heard three states away (For the record, this is a joke; he is not Powered). He worked in the offices of the previous two presidents of the UP before managing to garner enough support to take the office himself

He's not just in it for the power or the wealth of the position but because of a genuine need and desire to help the citizens of the United Principalities.
