Wheelbarrow of the Dead

A worn-looking old wooden wheelbarrow, heavily stained.
When tapped twice with the head of a shovel, this wheelbarrow causes one dead body burried within 300 feet to spontaneously appear in the bucket of the wheelbarrow. While the body is in the wheelbarrow, you can cast Speak with Dead or Animate Dead targeting it without somatic or material components and expending a spell slot. Once you've done so you cannot exhume another body until the next dawn.
In addition, as a Bonus Action you can speak a command word to have the wheelbarrow and anything in its bucket shrink to 1 inch in height, though its weight is unchanged. Speaking the same command while it is shrunken causes it to regain its full size.
