A wooden wagon wheel which gently spins under its own power.
This wheel continuously spins under an innate magical force. When attached to a land vehicle which has wheels, in place of one of its existing wheels, the vehicle is propelled forward under its own power at a steady speed. As an Action you can speak a command word to either double or halve the wheel's speed. The wheel can never stop spinning by command, though its effect can be temporarily deactivated by a Dispel Magic spell.
