These baggy pants lined with pockets are popular among the common working folk of the realm and are particularly associated with parents who always seem to have the right tool on their person when needed to lend a hand.
As a Bonus Action while wearing these pants you can reach into one of the many pockets lining the pants and extract any mundane object or tool worth 50 GP or less and be held in one hand. You can do this a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus and regain all expended uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest. In addition, when you finish a Short or Long Rest choose gain one tool proficiency of your choice. This proficiency lasts until you choose to end it and may be changed when you finish another Short or Long Rest.
