Mourning Veil

This appears to be an intricately woven, but otherwise mundane widow's mourning veil. Upon close inspection its design suggests an association with a deity associated with death and prayers of mercy are hidden within the decorative patterns.
While wearing this veil when a friendly creature you can see would make a death saving throw you can take a Reaction to grant that creature advantage on that death saving throw.
