Manacles of the Torturer

Wonderous Item, Very Rare
Somewhat rusty iron manacles with obvious traces of dried blood. The metal is slightly pitted and sharp in places, making them exceptionally uncomfortable. Though technically a cursed item, these are a favorite of more vicious jailors and interrogators.
A creature wearing these manacles has disadvantage on all Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution tests. In addition, the creature has vulnerability to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. If a creature is able to break free from the manacles, that creature has advantage on all attack rolls against the creature(s) who placed the manacles on them for the next hour.
