Cloak of Paranoia

Wondrous Item, Uncommon (Requires Attunement)
This heavy, woolen cloak appears somewhat worn, yet warm and perfect for keeping out harsh weather. Those who've worn it describe it as deeply comforting, and yet also describe a sense of anxiety over having the cloak taken from them and even hearing whispers of those around them discussing taking the cloak away.
While wearing this cloak you have advantage on Initiative tests and Constitution saving throws to resist the effects of extreme cold or frigid water.
Curse. This cloak is cursed, and becoming attuned to it extends the curse to you. As long as you remain cursed, you are unwilling to part with the cloak, keeping it on your person at all times. You have disadvantage on saving throws against the Frightened condition and cannot benefit from effects which would grant immunity to the Frightened condition. In addition, when you finish a Long Rest, you must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your current exhaustion level) and on a failure you do not recover any levels of exhaustion or expended Hit Dice.
