Bubble Pot

Wondrous Item, Very Rare
A small, glass vial which appears to hold common water. If consumed, it tastes strongly of saltwater.
The liquid in this vial acts as a Potion of Water Breathing.
Alternatively when you take the Attack action, you can replace one of your attacks with throwing the orb, which bursts on impact. Target one creature you can see within 20 feet of yourself. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 plus your Dexterity modifier and Proficiency Bonus) or have a bubble of water surround their head for 10 minutes. Creatures so affected which cannot breathe water immediately begin drowning unless they find a means to access air from outside the bubble, such as through a hollow tube.
