The Shattered Veil "Giratina"
The Shattered Veil is a cult that worships the renegade pokemon Giratina, they are well known but they operate in the shadows
The Veil-Touched Prophet- The last Prophet was Artorius until his untimely death at the hands of Sephiroth, there will be an emergency council to promote one of The Shadow Council via majority vote, the vote has happened and Cynthia is the next in line.
The Shadow Council- a council of 6 high ranking cultists whom all have pacts with Giratina , their goal is to bring Giratina back to power and possibly even overthrow Arceus
The Dark Justiciars- They are the priests of this cult, they help recruit more Shadow Children and they show them the way and will of Giratina .
The Shadow Children- The newcomers in the cult, they are all screened and brought before the Grisious orb so that Giratina can judge them, if they don't pass then they are executed and their blood is given as an offering.
