Dio
Dio is a rather approachable middle aged man, the longer you stare at him the less certain you are of his age. He is wearing a neat suit with a black jacket, dark blue shirt and a striped dark and light blue tie. Dio has a diamond on his chest reminiscent of dialga's diamond in the center of his chest. Dio has teal hair with blue time gears as irises with a normal black pupil. He is the current Eternal of The Chronos Conclave "Dialga"
Powers- Dio has the ability to rewind time up to 3 turns/day and change what he does, he activates this ability by snapping his fingers and the diamond in his chest lights up as time is changed
