Andrea is the current Tidecaller of The Tidelore Enclave "Kyogre" she has long blue hair with teal strands in it giving her hair a very wavy appearance. She is normally wearing a blue crop top with a teal dress. She ultimately wants change in the pokemon world. Like with the tides, everything must change.
Powers- when in water she can grow fins instantly and triple her movement speed, Sheer cold(1/day ranged 15ft, 10ft wave. ice spatk On hit, roll 1d20. On a natural result of 17, 18, 19, or 20, the target is set to 0 HP.)
