The creature appears in many shapes and formed but it is often described as a tall figure draped a Misty cloth with spikes and tendrils sticking out its body . The nightmare has one purpose to hunt . The creature hunts those with wicked hearts as those are its favourite. So to those who sin on warning is given . Be carful as you wonder the dark you may be its next prey .
Historical Basis
Wile some scholars debate the existence of the creature there is some presidency and reported claims of such a creature existing . However it is just as likely a tale used to keep children to behave . However some who have seen the monster and lived to tell the tail have been marked with a strange symbol and after 15 days they disappear never to be seen again . It also believed the monster is the cause of all nightmares witch is where the common name for it comes from.
